Guest Information
  • Record name, address and other basic details of your guests

  • Multiple Telephone Numbers can be recorded for each guest (e.g. home, work, mobile)
  • Telephone numbers used by CLI feature
Calling Line Identity (CLI)
  • Pop Up window shows telephone number of person calling, the number they called and (if their telephone number is recorded in the Guest information) their name and company.
  • If a call was not answered it the number that called may be looked up in the CLI records and the person called back - may be they wanted to make a booking!
  • The caller's number may be cut and pasted into other applications, e.g. if there is a separate front of house booking system
Simple Invoicing
  • Easy to configure list of pre-defined invoice items with user defined main categories, default prices and tax codes
  • Invoice entries may be taken from default items or over-ridden.
  • Integrated operation - Guest Name, Phone charges and Newspaper invoice items added automatically
Wake Up Calls
  • Pre-programme alarm calls for guests
  • Can be automatically repeated for duration of stay
  • Status of call recorded
  • Uses standard Voice Modem - enables feature on PBXs that would otherwise not be suitable
 
PC Requirements
  • Advance Hotel requires a PC running Windows 95 or Windows NT4.
  • The PC must have at least 32Mb of RAM and 20Mb of disk space available.
  • A spare COM port is required to link the PC to the PBX. This must be in addition to any COM port required for a mouse.
  • The monitor should be capable of displaying at least 800*600 pixels.
